在冰箱里翻找食物,看到这两块腊肉,正好家里还有蒜苔,可以做一个蒜苔炒腊肉。腊肉是同事前些天送的,没有以前吃过的腊肉那么齁咸,味道挺不错的!
食材:
腊肉、蒜苔
调味:
蒜末、姜末、葱花、小米辣、生抽、老抽、盐
1. 腊肉切成薄片,开水下锅焯水(腊肉比较咸,焯水可以去咸味),焯好水后把腊肉冲洗干净;

2. 热油倒入腊肉小火煸炒出油,煸炒时多翻动;

3. 当腊肉的油出的差不多了,加入蒜末、姜末和花椒炒出香味,1勺老抽上色;

4. 倒入蒜苔翻炒至蒜苔断生,加一勺生抽、一点点盐调味;

5. 最后放入小米辣和葱花,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
